Job Summary: Assist the company with installing, configuring, and supporting computers, peripherals and store systems equipment. Manage equipment depot, coordinate asset tracking, and manage equipment repairs. KPH will supply a productive learning environment with flexibility. Job Duties: Procure provision, deploy, configure, upgrade and maintain PCs and peripherals for use in stores and administrative offices. Procure provision, deploy, configure, upgrade and maintain PCs, peripherals and software for the McKesson pharmacy system. Maintain adequate depot of spare computers and store systems equipment. Follow-thru and assist with defective equipment and handle as necessary. Help track assets to ensure departments are correctly billed for equipment, and to minimize loss or theft of equipment. Document standard operating procedures and system configuration standards to ensure consistent equipment configurations.
